Pocomoke High students work with Cedar Chapel students

WORCESTER CO., Md. – The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore loves visiting the LEAD Program.

This Pocomoke High School student-led initiative is partially funded by a CFES Education Grant and brings PHS students to Cedar Chapel Special School for fun paired activities. The LEAD Program fosters empathy, celebrates differences, and builds a more inclusive school and community.
