Local students attend wreath laying ceremony in Arlington

SUSSEX CO., Del. – Members of the Phillip C. Showell National Elementary Honor Society participated in a wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia on Monday.

The ceremony honored past and present members of the U.S. Armed Services.
