Laurel PD announces promotions

LAUREL, Del. – The Laurel Police Department recently promoted three of their officers.

Lashawn Handy and Emily Truitt were both promoted to Patrolmen First Class after having been with the department for a year, while Kevin Lieber was promoted to Corporal after serving five years with the department.
