Do something personal and unexpected for your co-workers.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the average workday is 8 hours.
We don’t always take this time while we are in our workplace to compliment or create personal relationships with our co-workers, but we could!
Do something nice for your coworker today.
Tell them very specifically what you appreciate about them – for example:
“Cheryl – I really enjoy how you always greet me with a smile first thing in the morning.” Or “Mike, I really appreciate your sense of humor on days I am struggling with my own attitude.”
And may kindness find you every day.
