Good Morning Delmarva discusses the 2024 5K Bun Run
47ABC – The highly anticipated 5K Bun Run is returning this year!
It’s an annual fundraiser that support the Eastern Shore Rabbit Rescue — the only one serving in Delmarva!
Kelly Stottlemyer, from the Eastern Shore Rabbit Rescue, stopped by Good Morning Delmarva, with a special furry friend named Josephine, to talk about their upcoming event.
Stottlemyer tells us the 5K is an easy trek around Salisbury City Park.
There will be opportunities to win prizes and compete.
The money raised will all go towards helping the bunnies with their care.
She tells us the most important expense is their vet bills, as they are an exotic animal and resources are limited.
