Ellendale property complaint leads to a Pennsylvania fugitive arrest

ELLENDALE-Del.,- On Friday, March 8th, the Ellendale Police Department were alerted about an excessive amount of trash behind a home on 201 McCaulley Avenue.

Officers then contacted a resident, David Crosby, upon investigation, it was learned that he was wanted in NCIC out of the state of Pennsylvania.

Crosby was also wanted out of Justice of the Peace Court number 11  in New Castle Delaware on a Capias.

 Crosby was taken into custody without incident and charged with a Fugitive from another State.

Crosby was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution pending Extradition back to the state of Pennsylvania.
