Dover police are investigating a shooting

DOVER, Del.- The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one man injured.

On March 28th police were called to the 400 block of Frear Drive for a report of a loud party.

Officers say that when they arrived they heard the sound of gunshots.

While checking the area police found an 18-year-old male sustaining a gunshot wound to his lower body.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment and is listed in stable condition.

There are no leads at this time.
