Applications now open for scholarship opportunities with Delaware Farm Bureau

DELAWARE – The Delaware Farm Bureau recently announced several scholarships opportunities for agriculture students.

Scholarships are offered by both the Women’s and Young Farmers & Ranchers Committees as well as the three county farm bureaus. Eligible students include high school seniors and those who have completed a year or less of college.

Marketing Coordinator Mikayla Paul told us they’re always looking for ways to support students in their academic journey. “We would love to see our young AG professionals and our future farmers apply and use it for good use to continue innovating the agriculture industry that we have here in Delaware,” Paul said.

Scholarships are not limited to those interested in pursuing careers in agriculture.

The deadline to apply is Friday, May 3rd by 4:00 p.m.
