Wicomico Rotary announces Hero Award recipients

WICOMICO CO., Md. – The Wicomico County Rotary Club recently honored two locals with the Hero Award for 2023.

Bill Suess and Alfred Johns both helped with two separate water rescues. Suess saved his neighbor’s life after he fell into a lagoon, while Johns saved a 7-year-old boy from drowning.
