Salisbury University on the lookout for small business owners with big dreams

SALISBURY, Md.- Do you have a startup company that could benefit from a financial boost?

The Ratcliffe Foundation Shore Hatchery is on the lookout for some new businesses to fund.

Executive director of entrepreneurship at the Perdue School of Business, Michael Jensen, said for underrepresented businesses especially, this can be a big opportunity for them to get their businesses off the ground.

“To a lot of particularly under resourced, or come from undercapitalized communities, that’s a big amount of money and it can make a difference,” Jensen said.
