Operation Zipp Up a success

DOVER, Del. – Delaware Probation and Parole held its 16th annual Operation Zipp Up clothing campaign.

Through the initiative, donated coats, blankets, gloves, hats, socks, and more are collected and distributed to community organizations working with individuals who are homeless. This year, they collected more than 1,400 items.
