Local students get new flag for neighbor

DORCHESTER CO., Md. – Last week, Ms. Enciu’s 4th period class looked out a window and saw a tattered flag flying in a neighbor’s yard.

The students decided to get a new flag for their neighbor to display proudly. Dorchester Post 91 American Legion helped out with properly disposing of the worn flag and providing a new one.
