Gov. Carney tours projects from Transforming Downtown Dover plan

DOVER, Del. – Governor John Carney recently allocated $25 million to tour initial development projects from the Transforming Downtown Dover plan.

The projects will make critical water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades necessary to support downtown development. They will also begin a residential building on Governors Avenue.
