Emerging Leaders: Olivia Stokes

47 ABC – Meet, Olivia Stokes a highly accomplished junior at Wicomico High who recently won the Wicomico Emerging Scholar award.

We’re told this award will aid Stokes in her future academic endeavors as a first-generation college student.

The Emerging Scholar award is given to a student in each county who thrives academically, volunteers, and participates in many extracurricular activities.
