Early morning shooting damages Rehoboth Beach home

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Police are investigating a shooting that damaged a Rehoboth Beach home early Thursday morning.

Shortly before 1 a.m., troopers were called to a residence in the 19000 block of Norwood Street for a report of shots fired. At the scene, troopers found that the home and vehicles at the residence had been hit several times by gunfire.

There were four adults in the home at the time of the shooting, however, no injuries were reported. The motive behind the incident is unclear at this time.
