Dominate 4th quarter lifts Senators over Golden Knights

GEORGETOWN, Del.– Dover defeated Sussex Central in a final score of 81-55 on Wednesday night.

Dover and Central were close at the end of the 1st quarter with the Senators only up 18-14. The Golden Knights would only find themselves down by 3 going into the locker room.

It continued to be a close game in the 3rd quarter, but it would get ugly for Central in the 4th quarter. The Golden Knights were only down 49-47 at the start of the 4th quarter, but the Senators would open on an 11-0 run to start the 4th.

Dover outscored Central 32-8 in the 4th quarter to seal the win and close out the regular season on a high note.
