Chipman Elementary debuts Book Vending Machine

SALISBURY, Md. – Chipman Elementary School cut the ribbon on their Book Vending Machine on Wednesday.

Young scholars will set academic goals with their teachers, and upon reading their goal, scholars will earn a gold coin to redeem at the Book Vending Machine.
