Two teens arrested in connection to Millsboro gas station burglary

MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police arrested two teens in connection to a gas station burglary early Monday morning.

At around 2:15 a.m., troopers responded to Liberty Gas Station at 31507 Oak Orchard Road for a report of two suspects breaking into the business. Troopers arrived at the scene to find two suspects, identified as 15 and 16-year-old teens, inside the store. The teens fled on foot, but were apprehended after a brief chase.

Police charged each with third degree felony, theft over $1500, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, second degree conspiracy, and criminal mischief over $1000. The teens were arraigned and turned over to their guardians on their own recognizance.
