Suspicious incident under investigation in Seaford

SEAFORD, Del. – An investigation is underway following an incident in Seaford on Tuesday

Shortly after 11 a.m., officers responded to the Walgreens on Sussex Highway for a report of suspicious activity. It was reported that a man approached a female customer and asked if he could show her something before pulling out a pair of handcuffs. The victim got away and called 911.

Police say the suspect is approximately 5’10”, wearing a blue knit hat, camo jacket, black pants, and black shoes. He got into the picture Chevrolet sedan with two other individuals, and the vehicle was last seen heading eastbound on Tharp Road.
