Six flu-related deaths reported in Del. this season, DPH says

DELAWARE – The Delaware Division of Public Health has announced six suspected flu-related deaths so far this season.

We’re told the first recorded death of the season was in December, and all individuals were over the age of 55, one of which was reportedly up to date on their flu vaccine.

Three were New Castle County residents, two were Sussex County residents, and one was a Kent County resident.
