Police arrest Frankford man for sexually soliciting teen

FRANKFORD, Del. – A Frankford man has been charged with sexually soliciting a child.

Earlier this month, Delaware State Police began investigating the possible sexual solicitation of a child after it was reported that an adult, identified as 25-year-old Colby Chandler, sent a sexual soliciting message to a teenager. Further investigation revealed that in December 2023, Chandler had physically touched and asked the teen for sexual favors, in addition to sending messages through Snapchat asking for sexual favors.

A warrant was obtained for Chandler, who turned himself in on Wednesday. He was held at SCI on a $44,000 cash bond for sexual solicitation of a child and enticement for purposes for sexual conduct.
