Millsboro Fire Company retiree recognized

MILLSBORO, Del. – Congratulations to retiree Dick Ward of the Millsboro Fire Company for being recognized as a Lifetime instructor.

He’s been an instructor for 15 years and has had an outstanding record of service. Officials say Ward displays dedication above and beyond the scope of regular required service.
