Lawsuit against Sussex Central HS, Indian River School District dismissed

DELAWARE – A lawsuit filed against the Indian River School District, Sussex Central High School, and two of their administrators has been dismissed by the Superior Court of Delaware.

18-year-old student Aniyah Harmon filed the suit against the defendants after surveillance video of her exposed breast was allegedly circulated by a pair of school administrators. Harmon suffered a wardrobe malfunction at school that was caught on camera.

According to the lawsuit, a meme was then made of the incident and shown to various members of the school staff.
