Investigation underway following overnight fire in Long Neck

LONG NECK, Del. – Delaware State Fire Marshals are investigating a house fire that broke out just after midnight in Long Neck.

Crews with the Indian River, Lewes, and Millsboro fire companies responded to Pine Cone Drive in the Pot Nets Coveside development for a reported house fire. Additional crews responded to help with battling the blaze. Utility service providers were also requested for service discontinuation.

No injuries were reported. The displaced residents have been able to make other housing accommodations.
