Historic flag donated to Poplar Hill Mansion

SALISBURY, Md. – The Poplar Hill Mansion is now home to another piece of history.

The Samuel Chase chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution donated a flag that once flew over the U.S. Capitol.
