Delaware Farm Bureau on the hunt for summer interns
DELAWARE. – The Delaware Farm Bureau is on the hunt for eager learners to join their summer internship program.
The program is geared towards college seniors looking to gain real-life experience in the agriculture industry, while also exploring sub-sectors, like marketing and finance.
Marketing coordinator, Mikayla Paul, said getting a head start in finding your passion is the first step in securing a job, post-graduation.
“Coming here, they get to network with so many different farmers that come from so many different backgrounds and farming operations, and they get to see the marketing side and they get to see the finance side,” Paul said.
If you’re interested in applying to be an intern, you can visit www.DEFB.org. They will be accepting applications until March 29th.
