CR hands Cape 5th straight loss

CAMDEN, Del.– Caesar Rodney defeated Cape Henlopen in a final score of 60-55 on Friday night.

The Riders and the Vikings would keep things interesting at the end of the first quarter with CR up 14-13. The Vikings try to take the lead going into halftime, but they would actually go into the locker room down 29-25.

The Riders would start take over in the 3rd, they almost jumped out to a 20 point lead but the Vikings would battle back. Cape would go into the 4th only down 43-40.

It stayed close in the 4th but the Riders would never surrender the lead as Adam Bailey would ice the game with a steal and fast-break layup.
