TidalHealth announces mask requirement

DELMARVA – Due to the increase in respiratory-related illnesses in the area, TidalHealth has announced it is requiring masks for all hospital visitors in patient rooms, effective immediately.

Visitors may also be asked to wear a mask if they are accompanying patients to outpatient services at all TidalHealth locations, including the Salisbury and Seaford hospitals.

Officials ask anyone exhibiting signs or symptoms of an upper respiratory illness to not visit at this time.
