Slam Dunk to the Beach in Lewes

LEWES, Del. – Basketball lovers listen up. Slam Dunk to the Beach is coming to Lewes.

The event will be held from the 26th to the 29th at Cape Henlopen high School.

Get in on four days of hardwood action from both boy and girl teams.

This will be the second year the girl’s basketball teams will be in attendance, and there will be a doubleheader on the first day of the tournament.

“We are pretty excited.”

“We are excited that it is coming to town,” Smith said. “For those basketball lovers, it draws a big buzz in the community, and like I said, it is a well attended event.”

The tournament draws in about a thousand people each day.
