Seahawks take down the Clippers at the shipyard

SALISBURY, Md.– Decatur defeated Bennett in a final score of 65-55 on Friday night to improve to 2-0 on the season.

Bennett and Decatur were neck and neck in the first quarter but the Seahawks would start to pull away in the 2nd quarter. Decatur would go into the locker room with a 16 point lead on the Clippers.

The Clippers would come to life in the 3rd but would still be down by the end the of the quarter. Bennett would trim the lead to just 3 points with 3:11 left in the 4th quarter.

The Seahawks would hold on in the end as they would finish the game on a 10-3 run for the win.
