School threat case under investigation

Seaford, Del- One juvenile student is under investigation following an allegedly threatening message that was sent in a private group chat.

According to Seaford police someone took notice of the message and alerted school administrators at Seaford Middle school who then notified police.

Through there investigation police were able to determine that the threat was not legitimate, however the case is now being reviewed by the Delaware State Attorney General’s office.

At this time no charges have been filed.
