Salisbury man convicted of charges stemming from drug investigation
SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man has pleaded guilty to drug charges stemming from an investigation earlier this year.
In late March, deputies with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office executed search and seizure warrants on several residences and vehicles associated with Jason Suha. Officers subsequently seized cocaine, methamphetamine, cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and a large amount of cash.
It was also learned during the investigation that Suha was importing controlled dangerous substances from California to Wicomico County for distribution.
Last week, Suha pleaded guilty to three counts of possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. He was subsequently sentenced to 23 years behind bars with all but four years suspended. In addition, a total of $232,602, a 2023 Toyota Highlander, a 2022 Lexus, and a 2017 Toyota Tundra were forfeited to Wicomico County.
