Parkside wins close game against Laurel
SALISBURY, Md. – Parkside wins a close game over the Laurel Bulldogs 58-53. The start of this game was all Parkside, the Rams blitzed the Bulldogs 22-6 in the first quarter, Dustin Brown was carrying the load with the 11 first-half points he scored. But the Bulldogs bite back, winning the second quarter 21-8 and getting back into the game. But the Bulldogs couldn’t get within four points for the rest of the game. Cade Byer led the Rams with 22 points while Laurel’s Brock Hill led all scorers with 23 points and 8 rebounds.
