OCPD Sergeant completes FBI-Leeda

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Sergeant Morgan with the Ocean City Police Department recently completed the FBI-Leeda Trilogy Award.

He has attended and completed all three leadership courses offered by the program. It aims to help improve law enforcement leadership and management skills for departments across the country.
