Motorists urged to use caution in parts of Berlin

BERLIN, Md. – Berlin Police have advised of flooding in parts of the town.

We’re told motorists should be cautious in the area of the 300 to 400 block of West Street, Nelson Street, and Franklin Avenue in the area of Pine Street.
