Lewes man indicted following investigation into sexual misconduct in unlicensed massage establishment

SUSSEX CO., Del. – A Lewes man has been indicted on charges stemming from multiple incidents of unlawful sexual conduct at his unlicensed massage establishment.

Last week, 50-year-old Robert Leech was indicted on eight counts of third degree unlawful sexual contact and one count of operating without a massage establishment license.

Officials say the investigation began when police received reports from four separate victims detailing unlawful touching of their breasts and buttocks during massages received in his unlicensed massage establishment being operated out of a shed on Leech’s property between 2020 and 2023.

Law enforcement is asking anyone who received a massage at Fusion Massage and Wellness in Lewes and was inappropriately touched by Leech to please reach out to Detective Dustin Yencer of Delaware State Police Troop 4 at 302-856-5850.
