Good Morning Delmarva Discusses the Annual Penguin Swim

47ABC – The 30th Annual Penguin Swim is set to take place New Year’s Day!

The event raises money and awareness for the Atlantic General Hospital Foundation.

Ryan Kirby, the event co-chair, stopped by Good Morning Delmarva to discuss the event and how you can register.

Kirby says there is a lot that goes into putting on such a big event and that it’s the largest event from Atlantic General Hospital that tourists participate in.

He also tells us that they raised over 100 thousand dollars for the foundation last year and are grateful for the overwhelming amount of support from the community.
