Dove Pointe Volunteer of the Year recognized

SALISBURY, Md. – Bill McCain was recognized on Wednesday as the Volunteer of the Year at Dove Pointe.

Executive Director Don Hackett presented the award for all of his hard and selfless work. Dove Point is an award-winning organization that provides a wide range of quality services for individuals with disabilities.
