Del. JROTC students awarded scholarship

DOVER, Del. – Two JROTC seniors in Dover were each awarded with a $1,500 scholarship.

The scholarship comes from the Dover Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America. Congratulations to Bethany Merrell-Ford and Isabella Sosa-Reynolds.
