Woodbridge advances to state semi finals with win over Laurel

GREENWOOD, Del.– Woodbridge defeated Laurel in a final score of 14-7 on Friday night to advance to the DIAA state semi-finals.

Woodbridge struck first as senior Traci Johnson crossed the goal line to make it 6-0. It remained 6-0 going into the 4th and that’s when Laurel go on the board. Senior RB Xavier Limehouse stretched in for the tie at the start of the 4th.

The BlueRaiders would retake the lead on another Traci Johnson TD to make it 12-7.
