Two Dorchester Co. buildings to benefit from Historic Revitalization Tax Credits

MARYLAND – The Maryland Historical Trust has awarded 10 projects across the state to revitalize historic buildings.

Included in the funding are the Harrington & Bayly Building and The Johnson Building, both located in Cambridge.

The Historic Revitalization Tax Credit has invested more than $489 million in Maryland rehabilitation projects since 1996. We’re told these investments have helped make improvements to a total of 5,484 homeowner and 849 commercial historic structures.
