Polytech clinches playoff spot with win over Brandywine

WOODSIDE, Del. — The Polytech Panthers take down the Brandywine Bulldogs 24-21 to clinch the 1A District 2 title. The Bulldogs defense was stifling the Panthers in the first half. Panthers Quarterback Isaac Balcerak struggled to keep possession of the ball, he threw two interceptions in the first three quarters which gave the Bulldogs a 14-8 lead at halftime.

Brandywine increased their lead to 21-8 after three quarters but once the final quarter hit, the Panthers turned things around.
Polytech would come up clutch by shutting out the Bulldogs in the 4th while scoring two touchdowns to give Polytech the win and the 1A district title.
