Police investigating fight involving four students at Pocomoke High School

POCOMOKE CITY, Md. – The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office is investigating following a fight involving four students at Pocomoke High School.

While details remain limited at this time, law enforcement officials say a school resource deputy was called to respond to a fight in progress shortly before 12 pm Monday.

The incident involved four students and remains under investigation. Pocomoke EMS responded and ultimately transported one student for treatment.

Pocomoke City Police also assisted and cleared once the incident was under control, according to police.

The incident remains under investigation, and to protect the identities of those involved police say no further information will be released.
