Police investigating after home was struck by gunfire in Dover
DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating after a home and two vehicles were struck by gunfire in Dover.
According to the Delaware State Police Department, the incident occurred around 3:22 p.m., Wednesday as troopers were called to respond to a residence on the 100 block of N. Governors Boulevard in Dover for reports of shots fired.
Troopers arrived and learned the home and two unoccupied vehicles had been struck by gunfire. Police investigated and located multiple bullet casings in the area.
Two adults and two children who were in the home at the time of the shooting were not injured. There is currently no suspect information available at this time.
