Non-Profit Spotlight: Tri-Community Mediation

Salisbury, Md- We are now six days out from Shore Gives More’s annual Giving Tuesday event.

Ahead of the date 47ABC is taking a moment to spotlight some of our local non-profits that will be participating.

One of those groups is Tri-Community Mediation out of Salisbury Maryland.

Tri-County Medication provides free mediation services for residents of Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset Counties.

Their goal is to help member of the community find resolutions to their conflicts, and are able to provide a mediator for a wide variety of issues groups may face.

We spoke with Logan Prushansky of Tri-Community Mediation to learn more about how the group will benefit from Giving Tuesday:

“We definitely rely heavily on our community for support to keep us going. First of all it just gets us out there, more people learn about mediation… We would be able to host more training and have more people go through mediation training.”
