DOVER, Del. – Police are investigating a reported shooting Monday morning in Dover.

Just after 8 a.m., Dover Police responded to a call for shots fired in the area of Nob Hill Road and John Hunn Brown Road, but did not find any victims at that time. Shortly after 12 p.m., a residence in the 300 block of Bluecoat Street called police to report that their house had been hit by gunfire. Officers responded to the area and found damage to the residence consistent with being shot.

The home was occupied at the time of the shooting, but no one was injured. Police say there are no leads at this time.
