Dover business burglary under investigation

DOVER, Del. – Police are investigating a burglary that took place at a Dover business early Saturday morning.

Shortly before 1 a.m., police responded to an alarm call at Cosmic Smoke at 515 South DuPont Highway. When officers arrived at the scene, they found that a suspect had forced entry into the building by shattering a front window, but no one was found inside.

Further investigation revealed that two suspects stole an unknown amount of property form the store before fleeing on foot towards Capital Green. Both suspects were reportedly wearing masks.
