Arrest made in Pocomoke assault

POCOMOKE, Md. – Pocomoke City Police are investigating an assault that took place Wednesday evening.

We’re told the incident happened on Cherry Street during the evening hours. Police say an arrest has been made on first degree assault charges.

Police are ensuring residents that the area is safe and the threat has been removed, as the suspect has been arrested.
