Trick-or-Treating on Chincoteague Island postponed

CHINCOTEAGUE ISLAND, Va. – Trick-or-Treating on Chincoteague Island is being postponed due to the weather forecast.

It will now take place on Wednesday, November 1st. Times will still be 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and all previously planned road closures will be in effect.
