Ribbon cutting held for new senior center in Dover

DOVER, Del. – The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Lillian Smith Senior Center on Friday.

The mission of the Lillian Smith Senior Center is to provide social-recreational programs, educational workshops, community outreach, and informational and referral assistance to the senior community.
